Our Story

Founded in 1985 by Keith Morgan, our company began with a vision. With a background in agricultural machinery and a passion for golf, Keith recognized an opportunity in the turf machinery industry. At the time, there were no specialist companies focused on this sector, so he established a business dedicated to turf machinery sales and repairs.

In the same year, Keith’s son, Jon, joined the business straight after finishing sixth form. Two years later, his brother Ben came on board, helping the family business grow and evolve.

As the company expanded, so did its range of services. What started as a turf machinery sales and repair business soon found new opportunities in providing equipment to local authorities, golf clubs, landscapers, caravan parks, estates, and private customers. The business also ventured into the second-hand market, offering pre-owned machinery to meet the needs of a wider audience.

Our growth didn’t stop there. We began working on the construction of an 18-hole golf course, acquiring specialist drainage and construction machinery to support this venture. This marked the beginning of our contracting business, which now operates alongside the machinery sales and service side of the company.

In 1996, a management buyout saw Keith step away from the company to pursue other ventures, leaving Jon and Ben to drive the business forward. Their leadership and commitment to growth have shaped the company into what it is today.

Today, our machinery division holds dealer agreements with major turf care machinery manufacturers. We also specialize in the refurbishment of turf care equipment, the sourcing and supplying of second-hand machinery, and operate a commercial workshop dedicated to repairs and servicing.

Our contracting and hire operations have continually evolved, expanding with an ever-growing fleet of modern equipment. We offer a wide range of services, including verti-draining, seed drilling, sand spreading, gravel banding, laser grading, drainage work, football and rugby pitch reconstruction and renovation, as well as partnering with an established company for artificial pitch installations and renovations.

We’re proud to be in the hands of the third generation of the Morgan family. Keith’s grandsons, Jamie and Gethin, are now part of the team, working hard to continue the legacy of customer satisfaction and innovation. As we look to the future, we remain committed to adapting with the times and staying ahead of the competition.
